At the age of ten, Wayne began his outdoors career in the Audubon Society's Junior Naturalist Program. Since 1994, he has offered the only full-time guide service in New Hampshire. He has a unique gift for interpreting the woodlands and being able to navigate through the landscapes of New Hampshire and Vermont's Northeast Kingdom to guide fishermen, big-game hunters, birders, day-hikers, nature photographers and others.

Wayne's guide services have been available to many groups such as the New Hampshire Fish and Game Service, The Waterville Valley Recreation Dept. and

local summer camps and schools as well as independent groups through Northern Land Guide Service. Each year, he will serve two to three hundered people in small groups as a guide through the north woods of New Hampshire.
